Industria Farmaceutica Galenica Senese, located in the heart of Tuscany, is a manufacturing operation specialized in the production of infusion and injectable medicines: loco-regional anaesthetics, saline, glucose, electrolyte, Ringer's, mannitol, glycerol and sodium bicarbonate infusion solutions to restore the fluid, electrolyte and energy balance of hospital patients.

And more: amino acid solutions, pain therapy solutions such as paracetamol, iopamidol and radiology contrast media, cardioplegic solutions in bags, antibiotics in bags, veterinary solutions, life-saving drugs such as adrenaline and noradrenaline, dialysis solutions: just some of the many formulations the company is able to produce.

Open to contract manufacturing

We have upgraded our production lines to expand our contract manufacturing offering, including for Italian and foreign companies. We have a modern and efficient plant, with the utmost attention to quality, and chemical and microbiological analysis laboratories equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation. We also produce some medical devices in plastic bags, bottles and vials.
