Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023, a dedicated channel is active for reporting unlawful conduct, with protection of the reporting person's confidentiality.
Reports are managed through a secure external platform that guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the person reporting in good faith, in accordance with applicable regulations.
